"A few weeks ago, my 1999 Ford Explorer made a noise too loud to be ignored. But it was not easily identified, either. As soon as possible, I drove to your shop, where it was test driven and examined. The initial conclusion pointed to a front-end problem and I authorized an immediate repair. You called the next morning with information that you had had further discussions with the techs in the shop and the conclusion was different. When I arrived, you explained that the problem had already been taken care of, and I was given the keys, but no charge. This was, of course, very good news and it reflects well on the quality of the car care and customer care delivered by Dean's Auto.

Because I had bought my car used and only had it for a year, I didn’t know the repair history. They could have easily charged me $200 for a service I didn’t need, but chose not to. I wasn’t expecting for anyone to do anything but set an appointment, but instead I was directed to come on in. Everyone was nice.
